Most people think they need another program.
What they really need is a physical practice.
A workout ends with the last rep.
A program ends with the last checkmark.
A practice doesn’t end.
It grows with you.
It’s yours—anchored to your life, not in competition with it.
Meet Vicki
When she first came to me, she had a familiar problem: every program she started, her goal was to finish—and then she was on the hunt to find another. Sometimes she would program-hop without finishing the one she was in.
Travel would pop up. Work deadlines would hit. Her plan would fall apart.
Because the plans were rigid.
And life isn’t.
The first step was to make sure she was aware of what didn’t work. And why.
We did change her plan—but more importantly, we changed her relationship with it.
Instead of a spreadsheet with a “12-week program,” Vicki began building a physical practice.
This idea was new to her, but she was ready for a change—something that would fit around her travel schedule. One that never asked her to be perfect—just consistent.
Fast forward 90 days: Vicki isn’t “done.”
She’s stronger, steadier, and—more importantly—still going.
Because a practice doesn’t end.

More Than Getting Fit
Train hard, increase the weight, reps, and sets, and you’re sore.
Challenges can give you bragging rights.
But a physical practice?
It keeps you capable.
It steadies you through stress.
It rebuilds confidence.
It aligns your actions with your future self.
Every rep strengthens more than your muscles.
It strengthens who you are.
It’s the grounded strength that follows you into your day.
A System of Showing Up
This is why the start matters most.
The first two weeks are your foundation for everything that follows.
That’s the shift—from finishing something to becoming someone.
